A Summer Evening Filled With Laughter, Connection, and a Little Fountain Fun

There is something truly magical about summer family sessions—the warm light, relaxed energy, and the way families seem to slow down and simply be together. This session was all of that and more.

This was my first time meeting this sweet family, and from the very beginning it felt effortless. Sometimes it takes a bit for everyone to warm up, especially little ones—but not this crew. From the moment we started, there was laughter, playful moments, and so much genuine connection.

We spent the evening walking, cuddling, tickling, and playing, letting their little one explore while mom and dad soaked in every moment. These are the sessions I love most—the ones where nothing feels forced, where parents can just love on their child, and where the images reflect real life and real emotion.

As the sun dipped lower, the light became soft and golden, wrapping everything in that dreamy summer glow. And just when we thought the session couldn’t get any better… we ended it in the fountain. Bare feet, splashing water, giggles echoing through the air—it was the perfect, joyful ending to such a fun evening.

Sessions like this are a reminder of why I do what I do. These moments—the laughter, the curiosity, the tiny hands reaching out—are fleeting. Capturing them in a natural, meaningful way is such an honor.
