This baby boy’s session was the definition of simple, sweet, and serene. From the moment he arrived at my Cleveland newborn photography studio, he was a little bundle of calm—sleeping soundly as we moved through several cozy setups in beautiful neutral tones.
We started with one of my favorite looks: a delicate knit bonnet and a classic curled-up pose on soft cream fabric. This setup highlights every tiny detail—from those chubby cheeks to his perfectly folded fingers—and is always a timeless favorite.
Next, we moved into a classic froggy pose on a warm brown backdrop. This shot takes a little patience and safety-focused posing, but it’s always worth it! It’s a perfect blend of strength and sweetness, and this little guy totally rocked it.
We finished the session with a peaceful basket setup on light wood flooring. Wrapped in layers of soft knits and textures, he gave us the sweetest little smiles. These setups are styled to bring out baby’s features while keeping the palette timeless and natural—exactly what my studio is known for.
Sessions like this remind me just how fleeting the newborn stage really is. Babies grow so quickly, and capturing these soft, sleepy moments is something I feel so lucky to do for families.
